At times, these Service Providers have technical problems that interfere with our transactions. Service Provider technical issues are out of our control. Sites go down, electonics hiccup, and with the current use of your SPAM controls, email to you gets blocked. It is our experience that any combo of these things can happen to anyone using and Internet system.
Always contact us FIRST and immediately if you have a problem with your order. We will hunt down the problem and do our best for you. If you do not contact us FIRST, we can not help you efficiently.

International shipping charges are also calculated by ebay calculated shipping and dependent on location, weight and box size. All posted International shipping costs are estimates until we confirm your location.
Customers may elect the carrier and method of their choice.
The Intelligent Home Companion and the just@Home Catalog prefer to ship most items U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. The US Post Office does not tract, confirm or promise delivery dates for First Class Mail Parcels.
